Traditionally a diamond solitaire ring is purchased and given for engagement, although there are many other types of engagement rings available and as trends change these styles become more popular, the diamond solitaire always seems to be the favourite.
These types of rings can vary greatly in price depending on the size of the diamond and the ring set the diamond solitaire is set in.
It is worth spending some time researching exactly what you are looking for before hitting the shops and buying a ring on impulse
If the diamond solitaire ring is to be given as a surprise gift for a loved one then it is important to get an idea of the size you need, although this is normally a difficult task it will make the surprise so much more special if the ring fits perfectly, it will also show your partner how much thought you have put into purchasing the ring.
It is not the easiest thing to get a ring size from someone without them knowing, most ladies do not wear a ring on their engagement finger unless already engaged there for you will have to ascertain the size by other ways.
Ask her friends to help, they may be able to get your partner into a ring shop to try on rings for ‘fun’ and therefore make a note of the size of the ring she would require.
Have a look on the internet and in magazines for the style and shape you are looking for, it is always best to have something in mind before actually purchasing any type of jewelry.
You will need to consider the cut, the shape of the diamond solitaire can determine if it will stand out to others. There are many cuts to choose from including, the modern heart shape, pear or tear drop shape, marquise shape, emerald cut and princess solitaire
Once the cut or shape has been decided it is important to remember you are not only buying a diamond solitaire you are also buying the ring setting, this is where you can get creative, use your imagination, you do not have to go for traditional gold, you could have white gold or even platinum if you really want to different.
You can also choose the number of prongs to hold the diamond solitaire in place, the more prongs you have the safer the diamond will sit in the ring set, the less you have the more prominent the actual solitaire will be and will stand out more.
Diamonds are graded and the lower grade diamond solitaries are always cheaper in price than the higher grade ones, when you do purchase your diamond solitaire always ask to see any paperwork that the ring has, ask for a authenticity certificate.
A diamond solitaire is not only one of the most important rings you will ever give or receive it it also an investment so consider how you will insure the diamond solitaire once it has been purchased, usually diamond solitaires are not covered on your household policy so it is worth spending some time on this matter.

There was a time when saucers without handles, Betty lamps, and cow shaped pitchers with black and white spots on it were fashionable to use at home. The next time guests come over to your place, try serving them tea in a saucer without handles. They would definitely raise brows, appalled at where to hold the saucer from. However, they now hold value as antiques. If such a cow shaped pitcher, with black and white spots on it is visible in a showcase, then it serves as an object of decoration, and symbolizes the olden times.
Is it the age of the object which defines its antiqueness? Yes, and No. Most certainly, if an object is more than 50 to 60 years old, and is in good condition, it is labeled as antique. An official definition of an antique is stated in the Tariff Act of 1930. According to Paragraph 1811 of that Act, antiques are works of art except rugs and carpets made after the year 1700, collections in illustration of the progress of the arts, works in bronze, marble, terra cotta, parian, pottery or porcelain, artistic antiquities and objects of ornamental character or educational value which shall have been produced prior to the year 1830.
Every day, one comes across many things which are old. Some belong to grandparents, others you see in shops. And most of the times, people take old items to be as junk, and fail to recognize them as antiques. For instance, how many young women identify a sewing bird correctly when they see one, and how to make use of it? They are liable to be perplexed even when a miniature velvet pincushion is attached. The sewing bird, generally of metal, is a decorative clamp to be fixed firmly to a table. It grips the material in its beak to smooth the progress of hemming, and was an excellent aid when all sewing was done at abode.
Once the antique has been identified as truly antique, then its worth has to be calculated. The age, quality, present condition, value, uniqueness are all factors which have a direct impact on the worth of the item in discussion. Many times, the item can be repaired if it is in a condition which needs improvement, other times it can be restored. Both these processes require craftspeople with excellent skills, so that they modify the item without making it lose its worth.
Is there any relation between an antique and a collectible? Antiques are rated by their worth as per the definition above while collectibles may be any item which may or may not have any worth, no matter how old it is, but add to the collection of the collector. So next time you think you have an antique, evaluate its worth. If there is any, then its an antique. Otherwise, it would be better to sell it at the best price to any collector, who would value it as a part of his collection, but not as an antique.

Xeroderma literally means “dry skin”. Symptoms most associated with Xeroderma (dry skin) are scaling, which is the visible peeling of the outer skin layer, itching and cracks in the skin. Xeroderma (dry skin) occurs most commonly on the lower legs, arms, the sides of the abdomen and thighs.
Skin consists of loose connective tissue and elastin. Skin also receives less blood flow and lower gland activity. Skin contains the hair follicles, sweat glands, sebaceous glands, apocrine glands and blood vessels.
The dermis is the layer of skin beneath the epidermis that consists of connective tissue and cushions the body from stress and strain. The outermost layer of epidermis consists of 25 to 30 layers of dead cells. The epidermis can be further subdivided into the following strata (beginning with the outermost layer): corneum, lucidum (only in feet), granulosum, spinosum, and basale.
Serious skin complications, including dry skin, can arise for people with diabetes. The oil glands do not supply enough lubrication to the skin: as a result, the skin becomes dehydrated.
Dry skin could also be a sign of an underactive thyroid. Forced-air furnaces make skin even drier.
Take baths or showers less often. For any skin condition, it’s always better to take a natural approach. Natural treatment should always be the first type of treatment to consider when you want to take the best care of your skin.
Consider taking cod liver oil or fish oil supplements every day. Eat high-fiber snacks like raw nuts, raw seeds, and dried fruit, such as dates, and figs. Good skin is often a reflection of a good digestive system. Fatty acids are particularly important to people with dry skin. Use flaxseed oil or walnut oil in your salad.
Use bath oils and moisturizers, especially coconut oil, at least daily. Use coconut oil to remove your make-up at night, like I do; it leaves a fine layer of oil to nourish your skin all night long. Also use a thin layer of coconut oil under your make-up to moisturize your skin all day. It just takes motivation, a willingness to try it, and diligent application of coconut oil several times daily and at bedtime to see its benefits.
The skin must be regularly cleaned or it’ll become cracked or inflamed. Sunlight, water and air play an important role in keeping the skin healthy. The skin is subject to constant attack from without, so can be affected by numerous conditions, diseases and ailments.
If you’re still worried, or the problems persist, go and see your doctor. Call your doctor or naturopath when you feel itchy all over without a visible rash. Usually, these days, we can take care of dry skin without seeing our doctor, but sometimes we can’t avoid it.

Using a hair shampoo and a hair dryer in the proper way can do much to enhance the appearance of your hair and avoid damage. Read over this list of key tips and suggestions for great results and great looking hair!
How To Use A Hair Dryer
Do you use a hair dryer regularly or even on a daily basis? Be sure to observe the following precautions and avoid doing damage to your hair that can take weeks to repair.
1. Don’t hold the hair dryer in one position for more than some seconds. Rotate or circulate the hair dryer over your hair. (Be sure you choose a hair dryer with a decent length cord to allow you to do this.) Alternatively, keep moving your hair instead of the hair dryer.
2. Don’t hold the nozzle too close to the scalp to avoid burning or damaging the skin. Don’t use a hair dryer that is less than 1500 watts. Hair dryers with lower wattage take too long to dry the hair thus increasing the risk of damage.
3. Don’t blow dry wet hair. Wet hair is fragile. Be sure you blot or dab your hair dry with a towel first. Alternatively, wrap your hair in the towel for at least 5 minutes. Don’t begin blow drying with a brush. Instead, use your fingers initially to get most of the moisture out of the hair before using a styling brush.
4. Don’t blow dry un-treated, un-protected hair. Use a heat-defense styling product or leave-in conditioner that gives a protective coating to the hair and avoids heat damage.
5. Don’t relegate your hair dryer attachments to a box at the bottom of the cupboard. Get to know the attachments and how to use them. E.g., use the nozzle to concentrate air to the specific areas of your hair that need extra curl or life. Use the diffuser attachment to spread the air over a large area.
6. Choosing the correct shampoo and conditioner can have a big effect on your final result. Select a shampoo and conditioner specifically for your hair type, whether it is dry or oily, thick or fine, or colored. Divide your hair into sections when applying styling aids. Use your fingers or a comb to be sure all the strands receive even distribution of the styling product.
7. Practice keeping your elbows at shoulder level and use your wrists and lower arm to move the hair dryer and hold the brush. This will alleviate aching arms once you master this technique.
Extra tip: Don’t wrap the tip of your hair round the brush. Begin from the half way mark slowly and gently turning the brush so the hair naturally wraps around. Starting at the tip will only produce fuzzy or frizzy ends.
Finishing tip: When your hair is completely dry, angle your head forward and let the hair hang as you blast it with the hair dryer on the cold setting. The cold air will seal the style and help avoid static.
Note: Ionic and Tourmaline hair dryers are now available which promise better results. As they produce negatively charged ions they dry the hair faster thus reducing drying time and potential heat damage. Also, they leave hair shiny, smooth, and sleek.
How To Use Hair Shampoo
How often should you shampoo your hair? It all depends on the individual and the environment in which you live. The essential aim of everyone of course should be clean healthy hair.
Whether you need to shampoo daily or not will depend on whether you live in an urban environment where your hair is likely to pick up dirt and grime more quickly.
It can also depend on the season of the year. Many find they need to shampoo more many times in hotter weather than in cooler or colder seasons.
That aside, the steps outlined below will help you avoid unnecessarily subjecting your hair to harsh treatment or even damage when using shampoo and at the same time get great results.
Be sure to choose a shampoo that is suited to your hair type, whether it be oily, dry, or chemically treated.
Step 1
Either go through your hair with a wide-tooth comb to loosen dirt and dead skin or gently massage the scalp for a couple of minutes which will do the same job. Combing also has the advantage of making sure your hair is not tangled before you wash it. Wet hair is fragile and trying to de-tangle wet hair can cause damage.
Step 2
Thoroughly wet the hair with WARM water, avoid high temperatures.
Step 3
After putting a dollop of shampoo on the palm of one hand and then dividing it into the palm of the other hand (simply rub hands together), gently distribute the shampoo over your hair as evenly as possible, preferably using a stroking action. (See Appendix regarding quantity)
Step 4
Rinse the hair with generous quantities of warm water.
Step 5
Rinse your hair again with generous quantities of warm water. (Generally one time is not enough. It takes a lot of water to thoroughly rinse away the shampoo. Remember, shampoo residue left in the hair can contribute to dull looking hair.)
Step 6
Use a towel and dab your hair, (don’t rub), to remove excess water.
Step 7
Put a dollop of conditioner into the palm of your hand, divide it into the palm of the other hand and evenly distribute over the surface of the hair. Generally this light application will be enough to treat the hair. Generally it doesn’t increase the effectiveness of the conditioner to leave it on for extended periods. Conditioner generally works immediately it comes in contact with the hair and hair cuticles.
Step 8
Rinse the conditioner away thoroughly with WARM water.
Step 9
Dab or pat your hair with a towel to remove excess moisture. Don’t rub as wet hair is fragile and liable to be damaged with rough handling. Wrapping the towel around the head for a few minutes can be effective in getting rid of the moisture.
How much shampoo should you use?
If you wash your hair every day one application of shampoo, a dollop roughly 1 inch in diameter, should be enough. If you wash your hair after two or three days, you may need to repeat the application.
The pH factor
Some hair shampoos are advertised to give your hair more bounce or body. In some cases these shampoos are alkaline based which can give the impression of added bounce when in actual fact they can make the hair stiff and brittle. Good quality hair shampoos that really add volume to your hair should have an acid balance between pH 4.5 and pH 5.5.

When most people mention cosmetic surgery, they usually think of it from a female perspective. After all, a great majority of the procedures are performed on women.
But as baby boomers move into the 50 and 60+ age group, men are increasingly looking to cosmetic surgery to help them look younger and more attractive. They are discovering the benefits of cosmetic surgery in record numbers, and it’s helping them both personally and professionally.
The fact is cosmetic surgery has become more popular and more affordable. And it no longer carries the stigma of vanity that it once did. Cosmetic surgery is now simply a way to look as great as you feel - with a little help from your surgeon.
In 2005, men made up nine percent of all cosmetic procedures, with the number of procedures reaching nearly one million. Top surgical procedures for men were liposuction, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery, while non-surgical procedures included Botox, microdermabrasion and Restylane.
Men are choosing cosmetic surgery for a variety of reasons. A business executive may decide to improve his appearance especially if he meets with a lot of clients. The baggy eyelids and tired appearance can easily be corrected by eyelid surgery or a complete facelift.
A 50 year old spending several nights of the week in the gym may be in great physical condition, yet still have the body of a 50 year old. With liposuction, he can eliminate those love handles that have built up over the years, and give him a slimmer, trimmer body.
And let’s face it; our society does put a premium on youth. If you’re going to keep up with the young guys, why not look as youthful as possible too.
And as women increasingly continue their quest for a youthful appearance, they’ll demand that their men keep in pace beside them.
Start out by easing into it at a comfortable pace. Visit a salon or spa, and have a facial, toning treatment or try out a skin product line.
When you’re comfortable with that, visit a few cosmetic surgery centers, and gain information on the specific procedures. Thanks to the Internet, you can visit a number of centers virtually, and browse through their content. Sign up for newsletters or reports to further your knowledge.
And when the time is right, make an appointment to discuss your options. A reputable cosmetic surgery center will provide you with a no cost consultation, and help you arrive at the best solution for you.
Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery offers you two of today’s top doctors in the field of cosmetic surgery. Contact Tammy Garcia to find out more about many of today’s top cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation and liposuction. Visit them at http://www.ParkMeadowsCosmeticSurgery.com/

Topical retinoid creams can be used to treat acne. Many studies have shown that retinoid creams (also known as topical retinoids) are efficient in treating comedonal acne.
Topical tretinoin and isotretinoin (another form of tretionoin) are useful in treating patients with comedonal acne. Isotretinoin, also known by many people as the tradename Roaccutane, can also be taken orally in capsule form.
Tretionoin and isotretinoin are both licensed to treat mild to moderate acne. Isotretinoin is especially licensed to treat non-inflammatory/ inflammatory lesions in patients with mild to moderate acne.
Topical Tretinoin
This can be described as the acid form of Vitamin A. It usually goes by the tradename of Retin-A (Janssen-Cilag) and is a prescription only medication. That is, you can only obtain this cream, if your doctor prescribes it and thinks that you may benefit from it. Tretinoin can also be obtained in gel (Retin- A gel) or lotion (Retin-A lotion) form.
A formulation of tretinoin and erythromycin (an antibacterial) can be obtained. It goes by the tradename of Aknemycin Plus (Crookes).
Topical Isotretinoin
This is also an acid form of Vitamin-A, and can be described as an isomer of tretinoin (isomer is another form of the same substance). It can be obtained in two preparations. The first is called Isotrex (Stiefel) which is in the form of a gel and the second , is called Isotrexin (Stiefel) gel which contains isotretinoin plus an antibacterial called erythromycin.
Cautions
1.Topical retinoids should be avoided in severe acne involving large areas
2.Exposure to UV light should be avoided
3.Use of abrasives (facial exfoliators etc.) in conjunction with retinoid creams should be avoided
4.If using benzoyl peroxide, allow for skin peeling to subside before using topical retinoids
Contraindications
1.Should be avoided in during pregnancy
2.Tretinoin is contraindicated in personal or familial history of cutaneous epithelioma.
Side effects
1.Skin burning, redness, stinging, itching,
2.Dry peeling skin
3.Temporary changes of skin pigmentation have been reported but this is less common
4.Eye blistering (irritation and swelling around the eye) have been reported but rarely
Efficacy
The topical retinoids are good at keeping (mild to moderate) acne at bay but by no means are they 100% effective in all people using them. If you find that you acne has not started to improve after 1-2 months of treatment with the topical retinoids, then it may be good to consult your doctor so that other alternatives can be suggested.
Your physician may prescrib oral retinoids or topical antibacterials depending on which ever he/she thinks is suitable for you.

The laser eye surgery is just one of the many methods of refractive eye surgery. This form of surgery is a surgical procedure to correct common eye disorders such as, short sightedness, long sightedness, and astigmatism which is a form of vision distortion.
Although there are many methods to correct refractive eye disorders, laser eye surgery is the most advanced method available at the moment. It is also most popular surgery to correct refractive eye disorder in developed countries because of its precision and predictability.
The FDA first approved the excimer laser eye surgery in 1995 for correcting mild to moderate short sightedness or myopia. The approval comes with a restriction that only surgeons trained in laser refractive surgery and in the calibration of such equipment can perform the surgeries. Recently, the laser eye surgery had also been approved for photorefractive keratectomy (PRK), and Keratomileusis (LASIK) surgical procedures.
PRK is an outpatient eye surgical procedure done with local anesthetic eye drops. This form of eye surgery gently reshapes the cornea by removing microscopic amounts of tissue from the outer surface with a cool, computer controlled ultraviolet light. The beam of light is very precise and each pulse can remove 39 millionths of an inch of tissue in 12 billionths of a second.
PRK method is clean, efficient and fast and takes only a few minutes to complete. Patients will usually recover within 1-3 days and be back at their daily routines.
Studies conducted by the FDA showed that about 5 percent of patients continued the need to wear glasses after a PRK surgery and up to 15 percent needed glasses occasionally, such as when one is driving a car or playing golf.
Also, many PRK patients experienced mild corneal haze following the surgery of which there is nothing to worry about as the symptoms are part of the post surgery healing process. Some patients are expected to experienced glare and halos around lights. Again there is no cause for alarm as the symptoms will disappear in due course.
As a result of these studies the FDA along with the Federal Trade Commission issued a letter to the eye-care industry in 1996 to warn that unrealistic advertisment claims, such as “No more eyeglasses forever” and unsubstantiated claims about success rates could be misleading to potential PRK patients and may give rise to expensive medical legal suits.
As with any surgery, patients are best advised to do some research and read up about the types surgery available over and above consultations with their surgeons.

Isotretinoin can be obtained in the topical form (i.e. in the form of creams, gels and lotions) as well as in the oral capsule form.
Oral isotretinoin, also known as Roaccutane (Roche), reduces the secretion of oil (sebum), from the sebaceous glands found in the skin. As a result of this, less oil secretion means that there is less of it for bacteria to thrive on. This therefore leads to decreased inflammatory/infection rates of the hair follicle leading to the prevention of acne formation.
It is primarily used for nodulo-cystic acne (’hard raised pus-filled spots’), conglobate acne (this rare type of acne develops on the back, bottom and thorax. It is an accumulation of pustules and cysts, and this may be due to a strong bacterial infection) and severe acne/scarring.
It is usually given to people who have not responded to:
1.Acne creams (benzoyl peroxide, retinoids etc.)
2.Antibiotics (erythromycin, tetracyclines etc.)
Oral isotretinoin has also been shown to be quite useful in women who are in the 3dr and 4th decades of life. Studies have shown that acne developing in women (in the 3rd and 4th decades of life) is not usually responsive to antibacterial treatment; Roaccutane has shown efficacy in these cases.
Isotretinoin is quite a toxic drug and a lot of care and supervision must be undertaken when taking this medication. It should always be prescribed by a consultant dermatologist.
The course of treatment is usually 16 weeks. In many cases, repeat treatments are not required although can be undertaken with the clinical consent of your consultant dermatologist.
Main Side effects of isotretinoin include
1.Sever dryness of the skin and mucous membranes (such as the mouth, nose etc.)
2.Nose bleeds
3.Joint pains
4.There are many more side effects which have been associated with this drug; these are rare and can be obtained from any drug formulary or from the Roaccutane website.
Contraindications
1.This drug is highly teratogenic ( meaning it can be very harmful to the developing baby during the course of pregnancy) and MUST not be given to women of child bearing age unless they practise effective methods of contraception
2.People with liver disease should not take this medication as it can further impair the liver and exacerbate the disease process
3.Patients with kidney disease are advised not to take this and guidance from a consultant dermatologist should be taken
4.Patients with high cholesterol are strongly advised not take this medication and regular liver function tests should be performed in all patients before treatment with oral isotretinoin is commenced
Efficacy
Isotretionoin is very good at obliterating acne but at the cost of some side effects which may cause problems in some patients. Although these side effects are rare, they can still occur and, if experienced, you must consult your doctor for advice. Many patients have reported good results with oral isotretinoin and usually only one course of treatment is required. If you are considering this form of treatment, it would be in the your best interest to seek medical advice from a dermatologist.

There has been some confusion about the relationship between acne and stress. You could say the jury is still out on the issue of whether acne can be caused by the stresses and strains of everyday life. In the final assessment, it has been established through research in certain cases, there could be some truth in this statement.
Facts about acne and stress. But we have already seen that acne cannot be caused by stress. So what are we trying to say here? This is how it works. When the body is under stress, the secretion of adrenaline and noradrenaline from the adrenal glands is stepped up. It is quite well known that the adrenal gland is stimulated to produce adrenaline when the body is being prepared for ‘fight or flight’.
Production of these hormones is controlled by the brain. They are secreted along with androgens, which stimulate the production of sebum, which in turn encourage the development of acne.
The other fact has been established is that stress can slow down the process of healing, which also applies to acne. In fact, the rate of this slowdown could be as high as 40%, which seems to suggest that acne could be connected to stress.
Other ways that stress can affect acne. Apart from all this, poor eating habits in times of stress are thought to have a bearing on the outbreak of acne and the extent of the problem. Stress seems to exacerbate the acne problem and could also have a damaging effect on the overall health of the skin.
In times of stress, the adrenal cortex is stimulated to produce cortisol. Cortisol is a steroid that activates the secretion of sebum, which in excess, tends to encourage the development of acne. An experiment conducted in 2002 proved that stress could be instrumental in the way acne developed and the intensity of the breakout among students taking an examination.
There is also a condition called acne urticata that affects middle aged women. This condition, despite its name, actually qualifies as a kind of eczema rather than acne, and troubles women who have been under stress or are prone to some kind of depression.
Beat stress to cure your acne. In view of all these observations, it is better for people who have a tendency to break out with acne to avoid situations of stress, tension, worry and anxiety, all of which could play a part in making their acne problem worse.
If you have a stressful way of life, you may just end up making your acne worse. This does not mean that acne is a direct consequence of stress. On the other hand, simply that the way you live your life is bound to affect your skin. And skin is generally regarded as the largest organ in the body. To some extent, predisposition to acne can be triggered by stress.
It is also been seen that people who work in areas where there is plenty of grease can develop acne. If the environment is also stressful, such as that of a fast food restaurant, chances of developing acne are pretty high.
Other ways to soothe your acne. You could minimize the possibility of developing acne through stress consciously taking time out to relax and unwind. Make sure you take in a balanced diet and get enough sleep. Do remember that you must have some regular exercise every day, however mild it may be. Make a conscious effort to relax every day by reading, doing yoga etc., in short whatever activity helps you to release tension.
It is sure to make a difference to your general health and will definitely have a positive impact on the health of your skin as well. Well, the apparent link between acne and stress is rather thought provoking, even if it is not very direct?

If you think you have a problem because you have acne, you are right. But it is not half as bad as what you would be faced with if you developed complications from your acne condition. If that sounds complicated, it is more so because there are different kinds of acne.
So let us try to look at what happens when you develop complications from acne. Again, you cannot look at the problem broadly speaking, because complications will vary depending on the kind of acne you are referring to.
Complications from acne, a nasty muddle. Complications from acne vulgaris are mainly psychological. Because of the nature of acne vulgaris, it is very common for the condition to create more problems from this standpoint than merely the physical aspect. As a result, although the main objective of treatment is connected with removing the acne problem itself, it is just as important if not more to deal with the psychological effects of this condition.
If you are suffering from acne vulgaris, it is far easier to seek solutions for the physical symptoms or discomfort of your problem. However, psychological effects are more complex, as they affect your mood, your self esteem and your overall image of yourself, in company and in private. It is these psychological effects that require much more urgent attention. The physical problems caused by acne are much more superficial, although they certainly matter since they affect your appearance.
With acne rosacea, unfortunately it is women rather than men who suffer, but as far as complications are concerned, both men and women are equally susceptible to the effects of this condition on the eyes. This is also known as ocular rosacea.
Physical problems associated with acne. However, there are some aspects of acne that may be common. If you are suffering from acne, you may develop blackheads, whiteheads or cysts. The color of the blackhead is caused by a blend of excessive skin pigment, particles and debris. However it is not caused by dirt as you may have been thinking. All this matter combines with hardened sebum to produce what you see as a blackhead on the surface of the skin and which blocks your pores. Blackheads do not leave scars
Whiteheads and pustules are the most common form of lesions from acne. They do not turn black because they are not exposed to the atmosphere. Then there are the more deeply embedded cysts and pustules, which often appear red and swollen. In cysts of this kind, the pus that fills them is clearly visible.
Acne that is deeper is far more severe, more susceptible to irritation and painful to the touch. This kind of acne is the most difficult to treat. In this case also, the acne may consist of cysts and pustules. You may find these on the surface of the skin, but they may also occur deeper down. Deep acne is found more frequently in men and may leave permanent scars. This is partly because men do not consider seeking a doctor’s advice as readily as women do.
Seek support to deal with your acne. All of this will tell you that it is better to seek advice from your doctor or dermatologist so that you can nip your acne problems in the bud. So do not try to take matters into your own hands, unless you are sure that what you are doing is right. Complications from any condition are far worse than the condition itself and acne is no exception.
Do spare yourself the additional heartache by treating your acne promptly so that there is no scope for complications to develop. Remember that you have everything to gain instead of struggling with a new set of problems as complications set in.
